Evaluation Planning

Developing a logic model

A logic model is a depiction of the organization or program and how its resources and activities relate to outcomes. The logic model and related theory of change serve as useful tools for evaluation planning. We can assist organizations and programs in developing a new logic model or reviewing and revising an existing one.

Developing an evaluation plan

Often an evaluation plan is required in a grant proposal for program funding. In other cases, an organization is seeking to incorporate an evaluation strategy into their work. We work together with clients to understand the program’s goals and to develop an evaluation plan that meets the grant requirements or organization’s needs.

Reviewing an evaluation plan

Sometimes clients already have an evaluation plan developed but seek review and feedback. We can provide assistance to clients who are already in process with their evaluation plan.
